Recipe Feeder
Wet Ingredients:
* 1/2 Cup Kraft Coleslaw dressing (WalMart)
* 3/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise (WalMart)

Dry Ingredients:
* 2 Bags of Dole Classic Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage) (WalMart)
* 1 large can (drained) of Great Value Crushed Pineapple or Manderine oranges (adds slight sweetness - WalMart)
* 2 Cans (drained) Great Value White Chunk Chicken Breast (WalMart)
* 3/4 cup sun-dried raisins (adds slight sweetness - WalMart)
* 1 Cup of Pecan Halves - you will roughly crush in the bag (WalMart)
* 1 Tablespoon fresh ground black pepper (ground with a spice or coffee grinder if possible, World Foods has whole peppercorns)
* 1 Teaspoon of Kosher salt (WalMart)

Preparation:

* In a very large mixing bowl empty both bags of coleslaw mix and add all dry ingredients in the order as listed above.
* Add wet ingredients and toss with spatula until evenly incorporated. Add more wet ingredients to taste if preferred. The
goal is to make a moist low-fat salad that's not overly soaked with mayo and coleslaw dressing.
