Recipe Feeder
2 cups fresh cranberries 500 mL
1 small orange, unpeeled 1
1/3 cup water 75 mL
1 cup sugar 250 mL

Wash and sort cranberries

Cut orange into small pieces and remove seeds.

Put fruit through food grinder to form chunky relish. If you use blender, add 1/3 cup/75 mL water and blend until relish is chunky.

Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Let stand for at least a day before serving.
Chef's Note

Uncooked relish. Relish will keep 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
