1 cantaloupe or honeydew melon, peeled and thinly wedged
1/2 pound wafer-thin-sliced prosciutto
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
2 pears, cored and cut into wedges
Fresh lime wedges
1/2 pound very thinly sliced spiced deli sausage (like hard salami)
Servings: 48
Shortly before serving, wrap melon wedges in prosciutto. Sprinkle apple and pear wedges with fresh lime juice; wrap in sausage. Arrange on serving tray.
