1 15 1/2-ounce can Alaska salmon
8 ounces fusilli, cooked, drained and cooled
OR
8 ounces macaroni
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups sliced cucumber
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

LEMON DRESSING
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Black pepper, to taste
Servings: 8
1. Drain and flake salmon. Toss flaked salmon with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl. Toss with Lemon Dressing and serve.

2. Lemon Dressing: Whisk together ingredients until well combined.
