6 ounces mango, cut into 1/2-in. (12-mm) cubes
6 ounces pineapple, cut into 1/2-in. (12-mm) cubes
4 ounces papaya, cut into 1/2-in. (12-mm) cubes
16 grapefruit segments
2 ounces pineapple or grapefruit juice
4 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 large butterhead lettuce leaves, separated and cleaned
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Servings: 4
1. Mix the mango, pineapple, papaya and grapefruit together with the pineapple or grapefruit juice.
2. To make the dressing, whisk the yogurt, honey and lime juice together.
3. Line the plates with the butterhead lettuce. Arrange the kiwi slices and the fruit salad over the lettuce.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and top with poppy seeds.
