Serve with chicken, pork, or burgers. Try grilled chicken with All-American Barbecue Sauce, potato salad, shredded squash, and chocolate chip cookies.

3/4 cup minced fresh onion
1 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon low-sodium
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
Place onion in a 1-quart glass measure. Microwave at high 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cover with wax paper; microwave at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
