I am working at a take away restaurant and I need some advice about making chips and chicken burgers. The restaurant sells greasy food such as fried chips, burgers and kebabs.

you work there and they don't train you ?- Leave before their working practice has you Injured or killed, Catering trade is ruthlessly dangerous, best to leave it and re-enter where you will receive better training.

Sounds yummy.Make sure to wear long sleeved shirts while frying - b careful when doing so. :)Cut chips in different shapes and sizes w mandolin. Sprinkle w Parmesan cheese and garlic salt for reg potatoes. U can also make sweet potato chips and blue ones too.For burgers (chicken): ground chicken, onion powder, garlic, dill is nice, or, parsley, salt, pepper. For kabobs: garlic, paprika and oregano.

You have a problem. You will have to follow their instructions. All you can do is to make sure the oil or cooking medium is heated to the right temperature each time.Failing that you have to talk it through.
