1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
1 tbs. Onion Powder
2 tbs. Salt
3/7 oz. Beer
1 tbs. Pepper
1/4 cup Blue Front Bbq Sauce
1/4 cup Key Lime Juice
1/2 tbs. Thyme
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Texas Pete Sauce
Blend it really well. I made a small slit in the cryovac poured the marinade in and 100 mile an hour taped it shut. Capillary action distributed the marinade all around the brisket, this worked really well.
