Gently mix the fresh fruit in a large bowl.
Cover, and refridgerate for 30 or 60 minutes to blend all
the flavours.
Meanwhile, prepare honey yogurt dressing. (below)
2 white, or pink grapefruit
cut in sections,
6 large kiwi fruit, peeled, and sliced,
3 bananas, sliced diagonally,
1 cup red seedless grapes,
1 cup walnuts.
Makes 6 servings.
Combine 1 1/2 tbsp. grated orange peel, 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger, 3/4 cup each mayonnaise, and low fat yogurt, 2 tbsps.
honey, and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Beat with wire whisk until
well blended. If made ahead, cover, and put in refridgerator.
