Marinated Chicken
Raspberry Yogurt Dressing

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
3 cantaloupes, cut in half, seeded
30 raspberries
6 mint sprigs
3 kiwi fruit, pared, sliced
1 banana, peeled, sliced
12 strawberries

TO SERVE

Slice small portion off bottom of each cantaloupe half so melons sit flat on plates. Using parisienne scoop or melon baller, scoop flesh from melons; use scoop to create scallop pattern along top edge of each melon. Place melon balls in mixing bowl; add chicken and dressing. Toss. Spoon mixture into melon halves. Top with raspberries and mint sprigs. Place filled melon halves on plates; garnish plates with kiwi slices, banana slices and strawberries.
