Here are some of my small requests:I would like to used an assortment of fresh fruits.And I want to make one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic.Preferably the same punch but to different colors, maybe green and orange. I am having an Halloween party.( but that last request is a give or take)It gonna be mostly women at this party, so lets cater to what women like.Can anyone help?
Fruit Punch2 cups water for syrup3 quarts of water, some of it sparkling2 cups of sugar2 cups STRONG tea, about 3 teabags2 cups fresh orange juice1 cup fresh lemon juice2 cups other fruit juice (white grape, pineapple, etc.)1-2 quarts ginger aleUse 2 cups of water and the sugar to make the syrup. Boil until it thickens then leave to cool. Make up your tea (steep for 5 min.) and let cool. When ready to serve, stir in the syrup, tea all of the juice and the rest of the water into a large punch bowl. Add the sparkling water and stir gently to mix. serve.

Pare the radishes down a bit to fit, if necessary. Fill the tray with water and freeze overnight.-----------------------Non-AlcoholicSherbet Punch recipeIngredients:2 quarts of sherbet.1 quart of ginger ale.1 quart of water.4 ½ cups of sugar.3 cups of lemon juice.3 cups of orange juice.3 cups of pineapple juice.2 cups of water.Preparation Instructions:Cook the sugar and 1 quart of water together until the sugar dissolves; then chill.Add the lemon, orange and pineapple juices, the 2 cups water and chill.When it is time for serving, stir in the ginger ale, then drop in sherbet by scoops.-----------------------Fruit PunchIngredients (serves 8) * 850ml can apricot nectar * 5 passionfruit, pulp removed * 125g strawberries, hulled, chopped * chilled mineral water, lemonade or champagne, to serveMethod 1. Place apricot nectar, passionfruit pulp and strawberries into a serving jug. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate until required. 2. To serve, pour apricot mixture into glasses so they are half-full. Top up with mineral water, lemonade or champagne.
