I would suggest printing out the recipes given here and submitting them to the teacher as is. A perfect short cut there are lot of good suggestions here. I'll add one more it is a bit long, copy, paste, print. Triple-Chocolate Cookies from the Episode: Cookie Jar FavoritesThe key to the fudgy texture of these cookies is letting them cool directly on the baking sheets. Avoid using bittersweet bar chocolate--the cookies will be too rich and won't hold their shape.Makes 26 cookies 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate , chopped 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips 7 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into pieces 2 teaspoons instant coffee 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 large eggs , at room temperature 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon table salt 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1. Melt unsweetened chocolate, bittersweet chips, and butter in heatproof bowl set over saucepan of simmering water, stirring frequently, until completely smooth and glossy. Remove bowl from pan and set aside to cool slightly. 2. Stir coffee powder and vanilla extract together in small bowl until dissolved. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium-high speed until very thick and pale, about 4 minutes. Add vanilla-coffee mixture and beat until incorporated, 20 seconds. Reduce speed to low, add chocolate mixture, and mix until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds. 3. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in medium bowl. Using large rubber spatula, fold flour mixture and semisweet chips into batter. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes until batter firms up (it will more closely resemble thick brownie batter than cookie dough). 4. Meanwhile, adjust two oven racks to upper- and lower-middle positions and heat oven to 350 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Using 1 heaping tablespoon batter per cookie, place cookies 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets (see photo, right). Bake until cookies are shiny and cracked on top, 11 to 14 minutes, rotating baking sheets top to bottom and front to back halfway through baking time. Transfer baking sheets to racks and cool cookies completely, on baking sheets, before serving.

Oh your not terrible just a busy mom. Here are a couple to add you could even try them yourself when there is no time for you to make dinner.Orzo Pasta salad:Orzo pasta saladCorndiced roma tomatoesfeta cheesered onion choppeditalian vinegaretteMix until it all tastes good and wala, a super dilicious pasta salad.--------------------------Crock Pot Chicken Salsa Curry10 chicken thighs-bone in1 jar of your fav salsa1/2 onion chopped1 tablespoon curry (or about 1/2 if you don't like a strong curry taste)1/2 cup sour creamPlace the chicken in the crock pot. Mix the onion, curry and salsa. Pour over the chicken and cook on low for about 6-8 hours. When the chicken is done take it out of the crock pot and put on a serving plate. Add the sour cream and mix well. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. This would go well with rice or cous cous.If you don't have crock pot you could also do this is a roasting pan or a casserole dish with a cover or tin foil(about 200) check it though since it may cook faster. I have only done this once in the ovena dn I think I cooked it for 3-4 hours. This recipe is easy to do smaller portions of as well.--------------------Autmn Chop Skillet :Cook 2 pork chop with the following: 1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces, 1/2 onion chopped into medium to small pieces, and 1 apple sliced. Cook the chops in a tiny bit of oil, brown on one side and turn, add the onions, pepper, and apples. Cook until chops are done and the other ingredients are crisp tender. Serve with rice.-----------Sweet Chop Bake:The next recipe is for as many chops as you want to make. Salt and pepper both sides of the chops, place in a baking dish. Top EACH chop with the following1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp ketchup1 slice onion1 slice lemonBake at 350 for about 30-45 min depending on how many chops, and how thick they are. This dish creates just a tiny bit of a nice sweet tangy sauce. You can simmer an extra serving or 2 the topping ingredients on the stove top with a little water if you would like. I serve this dish over rice also. Different sounding but very good!!!
